How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
In the dashboard header, click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
I upgraded, but the app still shows Starter.
Refresh the page. If it still shows Starter after a successful Stripe checkout, sign out and back in, then use Manage billing to confirm the subscription in Stripe. If it still looks mismatched, email support with the checkout email and approximate time of purchase.
