Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Requests received after 30 days may not qualify for refund.

Straightforward returns and fair refunds
Eligibility requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Products showing wear, damage, or alteration are not refundable.
How to start a return
Email support@dazrael.com with your order number, reason for return, and product details. We will provide return instructions and next steps.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and accepted.
Exchanges
At this stage, DAZ RAEL does not process direct exchanges through checkout. Return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product.
Non-returnable cases
Final-sale items, gift cards, and products returned without approval are non-returnable unless required by applicable consumer law.
